welcome to solstice.
the story, the people, and the songs we kept.
song of luck is the game. solstice is its home: a music community where you choose an act, follow a season, and find songs worth keeping. every cast brings its own story.

solstice is the home of the sol bot and its music community. we keep the little things worth coming back to: favorite moments, familiar faces, and the songs that made each season ours.
in song of luck, you represent an artist or group and submit songs for themes set by the host. the music changes, the cast changes, and every season has its own shape.
02 / THE GAMEhow to play.open the file +
- join the cast. when applications open, choose an available artist or group. once the host confirms the cast, that is your act.
- read the round post. each round has a theme, a deadline, and sometimes extra instructions. choose a fitting song and check the rules.
- send your entry. use
/submitwith your song link before the deadline. check the receipt to confirm the right track was saved. - follow the results. check your placement, the season standings, and
/trackrecord. then watch for the next theme.
some seasons collect a full playlist at the start instead of one song per round. your host will explain the format when applications open.
03 / THE DETAILShouse notes.open the file +
- deadlines. submit on time. ask for an extension before the deadline; late requests do not count. up to three extensions per season.
- reuses. up to two song reuses per season.
- sub-units. three uses per season. groups may use a member’s solo song; soloists may use their group’s song. the other act cannot be cast in the same season.
- released songs. unreleased tracks need explicit host permission for that round.
- winning song. it cannot be a reuse.
- your explanation. the idea and explanation must be yours. AI may help sparingly with wording; clearly AI-written explanations may lose points.
a round post may add theme-specific instructions. ask the host if anything is unclear.

the best parts of a season are the people who give it life. come for the game, stay for the music and the memories.

hi, i’m loyal. sol started as a bot i coded for my own song of luck game. it was a hobby, but it made hosting so much easier for me that i thought it could help other people too. so i decided to make it public.
fun fact: i made solstice on january 15, 2026, and it was originally named sexonthebeat lol. the name changed, but i still run it myself and keep adding to it as we go.
the music is my favorite part. i love hearing new genres and finding out what other people are into. rock, pop, r&b, and k-pop are my favorites. house, hyperpop, repetitive songs, and slow indie usually aren’t my thing. alternative is a hit or miss for me.
give me powerful vocals, unique tones, harmonies, riffs, and ad-libs and i’m locked in. that’s what makes it so fun to hear what everyone brings to a season.
made by loyal, shaped by the songs we share. ♡
